Our new concentrated beetroot Energy Gel Top Up 100 is great tasting and delivers a “top-up” dose of 100mg of nitrate, 150mg of sodium and 30g of fast-absorbing carbohydrate (2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio) to ensure you continue to reap the benefits of nitrate during prolonged endurance exercise. It is made with 100% natural ingredients for a cleaner, more functional energy gel.

Consume 1 or 2 gels per hour of exercise, depending on duration and intensity – consume each gel with 300ml of water. Always keep hydrated.
